Group therapy is an opportunity to explore various themes and topics. Explore your story as it pertains to white fragility, race, sexual abuse and various  other issues in a confidential group where you can offer and receive care. Group therapy will deepen your capacity to understand various issues and how you relate to others within the context of these issues. This is a weekly meeting of varying lengths. 

Therapist Lisa Fann (LMHC) states, "Group therapy is powerful in addition to individual counseling because interacting with a group of people brings up different dynamics and issues." 

Groups run anywhere from 4-16 weeks, depending on the group. More info below on upcoming groups and space available.

I accept cash, credit/debit cards, Stripe and Venmo.

*Credit/debit cards have an additional 3.7% processing fee. Payment is due at the beginning of each appointment.

Insurance: I am an Out of Network Provider. At the end of each week, I will provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for reimbursement.

Sliding Scale: I offer 50% of my clients a discounted sliding scale appointments for those have a need. Priority is given to those who are experiencing homelessness, impacted by systemic racism or oppression.
