A Collective: Our Offerings.

Race & Story Groups

It all begins with soma (Greek for body), as a part of the journey of exploring how race and story intersect in your life. We engage with one another's stories and bodily experiences simultaneously – the soma (body) of the story as well as narrative. A part of the work will be to practice breathing, grounding and different somatic exercises to slow our bodies down and tend to our ethnicity in the social construct of race we are conditioned to rely on in the USA. The group is facilitated by myself and my colleague, Kali Jensen (LMHC).

Spiritual Abuse Groups

& Consultation

We engage assigned content (reading and podcasts), practice breathing and grounding to begin to listen to our bodies. Spiritual abuse often asks us to ignore and gaslight our bodies, and we seek to listen to our good bodies. The group is facilitated by myself and colleague, Kali Jensen (LMHC).  The group is for those who have both experienced spiritual abuse and for those who work alongside or with colleagues - friends - community who are in the process of healing from Spiritual abuse. Consultation available with the following colleagues: Jenny McGrath, LMHC and Abby Wong-Heffter, LMHC.

Collective Consultation

We belong to one another and heal in community. Maybe you want to address racial tensions in your workplace or non-profit. Maybe you want to grow in relationships with those closest to you. Or, maybe you share the world with other professionals — are trying to make connections and build community. Working with a team of professionals who are committed to both embodied and narrative work can help explore various topics, including attachment, racial/ethnic development, trauma’s impact on professional spaces, and more.
